So much to do
Located in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski region but only 50 minutes from Geneva and already popular as a base for skiing and snowboarding Chalet Gascoyne is an ideal summer location as well. With the ski lifts adapted to carry mountain bikes it becomes an MTB paradise. Other summer activities include walking, rock-climbing and rafting. Having room to sleep12 in four bedrooms and a large dining/kitchen it is perfect for small groups and large families. The lounge area with its wood burning stove is just what you need for relaxing after a full day in the mountains. Or why not take an out of season walking break in Spring when you can enjoy the fresh alpine flowers or alternatively catch the spectacular colours and mellow fruitfulness of Autumn. Both are peaceful and you can often have the mountains to yourself.

Flexible booking
The growth of low-cost airlines has transformed the holiday market. Great-value fares and frequent daily flights now give you the flexibility to travel at a time that suits you, and chose the length of your stay. But, as many chalets and hotels stick rigidly to traditional week-long Saturday-to-Saturday bookings, often it can be difficult finding accommodation that offers the same degree of freedom. We are adopting a more enlightened approach, and provide changeover days on Saturdays or Wednesdays.. Also if you fancy a long weekend at the last minute give us a call and if its available we might be able to help.
